General

For entry to the park, there are no age, height, or weight restrictions. 

All Waterworld participants must be 6+ years old and be able to swim to participate.Adult supervision is required and must accompany all children under 13 years of age. Younger children (ages 5 and under) have access to Mini-Waterworld just for them. 

There are no lifeguards at Waterworld or Mini-Waterworld (for children up to 5 years). An adult must accompany all children under 13 years of age.

If you are visiting our park and we have to clear the water due to inclement weather, you will be issued a gift card if you have been on the water less than half of your time. We do NOT issue any REFUNDS due to inclement weather. A gift card will allow you to reschedule for another day.

If you cancel within 48 hours of your scheduled start time at Waterworld, we will issue you a gift card of the same value to use in the future, sorry no refunds. 

Your gift card can be applied to admission tickets, rentals, and gifts. If you have problems redeeming a previously purchased gift card, contact us at 608-253-0920 to help you book what you need.

Yes! Our amenities are available to all our guests. You'll find them all in the Welcome Center, including foot showers to clean off your feet.  Lockers are first come first serve, no coins, and credit card operated only.

Yes, ample parking is available for $15.00

You will receive a confirmation email with an order number. You can print that page or show the order number on your phone upon entering the park. This pass is date specific. No refunds. You may reschedule 48 hrs before the start time of your reservation.

Follow the link on your confirmation email and fill out the form online. All waivers must be completed by everyone visiting the park, and completed before arrival. Paper waivers will not be accepted.

Carry-ins are not allowed. You are more than welcome to bring your empty water bottle and fill it in. 

Absolutely, you can schedule an appointment with us for a tour. You will be required to complete a waiver.

Sorry, for the enjoyment of all of our guests, no outside music is allowed.

The following locations/areas are accessible to all of our guests. 

  • The Lady Natura Greenhouse, all Welcome Center amenities and services, and the Patio are fully accessible. The patio has direct access to the lake.  
  • There are paved paths around Lake Wisconsin Dells. 
  • Please visit guest relations upon arrival, and we'll ensure you find all our accessible areas. 

Note: The beach area is not accessible, and due to the natural state of the property many of the wooded paths for hiking, biking, and along the Wisconsin River are not paved and have limited accessibility.

Waterworld & Lake Wisconsin Dells

Life vests are required on Waterworld. We will supply you with a life vest for Waterworld and Mini-Waterworld, but they must be returned after leaving Waterworld. However, we strongly recommend you bring your own US Coast Guard-approved life vest to easily spot your child, use it all day long for all other lake activities, and avoid delays waiting for one at Waterworld. For the consideration of all guests, once you exit the lake, all life vests must be returned.

No, there are no lifeguards at Land of Natura, and it doesn't operate like a pool. You will spot our team of Land of Natura Rangers in X colored shirts who will offer guests assistance with information, distribute wristbands, life jackets, and facilitate all cabana and equipment rentals.

Lake Wisconsin Dells has a maximum depth of 20 feet, so it's perfect for swimming, snorkeling or renting a kayak or paddle board with your general admission pass. MIni-Waterworld is anchored near the shore in 0-4 feet water.

Yes!, it is a naturally filtered man-made lake that uses a natural process to keep the water clean instead of the use of any chemicals. You can find out more about how Lake Wisconsin Dells works here or visit the Lady Natura Greenhouse to learn more.

Yes, based on availability and life vests in your size, you can participate as long as you want on Waterworld. However, we recommend you reserve your energy to try out all the many other attractions throughout the park too!

No, we've got plenty of beach chairs along the north and south beaches for everyone to use. You are more than welcome to bring your own chair from home.

No, beach umbrellas that are staked into the sand are not allowed, since they can puncture the lining of the lake. We do allow small sun shades without stakes, and we do rent umbrellas located in the Add On section of the "buy tickets" page

Food & Drink

Yes, bring your empty (non-glass) water bottle to the park and fill it at the refilling stations. We do not allow outside drinks into the park.

No, sorry, there is no outside food and drink of any kind available at the park. We have plenty of different options around the park and in the welcome center.
