Season passes are non-transferable. A valid and matching photo ID must be presented each time you enter the Land of Natura with your pass. Any misuse, such as impersonating a member, may result in the revocation of membership without a refund. Don’t forget, though, that some season passes include the ability to purchase additional tickets at a lower rate or bring some friends with you.

Show a valid ID at the ticket booth and an employee can look up your pass for you.

Your season pass is valid for the entire 2026 season, from opening date to closing. See our 2026 calendar and hours.

For your first visit, bring the receipt and digital pass you received in your email. We will scan that when you enter the park and then give you a Member ID card for the rest of the season.

Yes! We have an extensive list of vegan and vegetarian options as well as popular comfort food choices. Visit our dining page for all our food and beverage locations and to view the menus.

No, sorry. No outside food and drink of any kind are allowed in the park. We have plenty of different options around the park and in the welcome center.

Yes, bring your empty (non-glass) water bottle. We do not allow outside drinks in the park.

Beach umbrellas that are staked into the sand are not allowed because they can puncture the lining of the lake. You can rent umbrellas at our cabana rental check-in stations in the park. Small “baby” sunshades that do not have any staking into the ground are allowed.

Beach chairs are included with all of our umbrella or cabana rentals. You may bring your own folding beach chairs or blankets from home, but check the map to see which part of the beaches are available for open sitting. Since the beach rentals cover a lot of the beaches, most of our guests prefer to save themselves the hassle of hauling in their own chairs and just choose a beach rental.

Yes, we do highly recommend you bring your own life vest to maximize your time at Waterworld and to easily spot your children. There is lots to see and do at Land of Natura, so we also recommend saving some time to experience the many other park attractions too!

Yes! It is a naturally filtered, man-made lake that uses a natural process to keep the water clean instead of chemicals. You can find out more about how Lake Wisconsin Dells works here or visit the Lady Natura Greenhouse to learn more.

Lake Wisconsin Dells starts with 0 depth entry at the beaches and has a maximum depth of 20 feet, so it's perfect for swimming, snorkeling or renting a kayak or paddle board with your general admission pass. Mini-Waterworld is anchored near the shore in 0-4 feet of water.

No, there are no lifeguards at Land of Natura, and we don't operate like a pool. Wearing a life vest while on Waterworld is required, and adult supervision is required. Our Land of Natura Rangers (in blaze orange-colored shirts) are just responsible for offering guests assistance with information, distributing wristbands and life jackets, facilitating all cabana and equipment rentals, and maintaining proper usage of equipment and facilities.

Life vests are required on Waterworld. We will supply you with a life vest for Waterworld and Mini-Waterworld, but they must be returned after leaving Waterworld. However, we strongly recommend you bring your own US Coast Guard-approved life vest to easily spot your child, use it all day long for all other lake activities, and avoid delays waiting for one at Waterworld. For the consideration of all guests, once you exit the lake, all life vests must be returned.

Adult supervision is required, and an adult must accompany all children under 13 years of age. Younger children (ages 5 and under) have access to Mini-Waterworld just for them.

There are no life guards at Waterworld or Mini-Waterworld (for children up to 5 years). An adult must accompany all children under 13 years of age.

The following locations/areas are accessible to all our guests.

  • The Lady Natura Greenhouse, all Welcome Center amenities and services, and the Patio are fully accessible. The patio has direct access to the lake.
  • There is a paved path that partially encircles Lake Wisconsin Dells and includes some gravel segments.
  • Please visit guest relations upon arrival, and we'll ensure you find all our accessible areas.

Note: The sand beaches areas are not accessible. Due to the natural state of the property, many of the wooded paths for hiking, biking, and along the Wisconsin River are not paved and have limited accessibility.

Sorry, for the enjoyment of all of our guests, no outside music is allowed.

All vouchers, gift cards, passes, and memberships are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-returnable.

If you are visiting our park and we have to clear the water due to inclement weather, you will be issued a gift card if you have been in/on the water less than half of your time. We do NOT issue any REFUNDS due to inclement weather. A gift card will allow you to reschedule for another day.

Yes! We encourage people to bring their U.S. Coast Guard (USCG) approved life jackets, as they can make it easier to keep track of your children. Plus, you won't have to wait in line to get a life jacket.

You’re welcome to bring a few personal items to make your visit more comfortable. Guests may bring U.S. Coast Guard–approved life vests, empty reusable water bottles (refill stations are available in the park), and small inflatable floaties or beach toys.

If you plan to fish in the Wisconsin River, you may do so with a valid Wisconsin fishing license and by following all state fishing regulations. If you don’t have your own life vest, one will be provided for you when participating in Waterworld activities.
